You guys, I am so happy about this spring. That’s mostly what I’m grateful for right now, this season between a lesser one and a hotter, also happy one. When it rains, I get excited because it means that everything will be even greener in a day or two and more flowers will be in bloom.
I’m grateful for new blogger friends and a feeling of momentum when it comes to this site of mine.

I’m grateful for my job. Spending so much time with a four-year-old boy is positive for several reasons: physical activity (though the cuddle time is nice, too), practicing being in the present moment, relearning the art of patience over and over again, and simplification. Nothing is ever complicated with little kids! They both give and want straightforward answers to questions, and as someone who tends to get carried away with every little thing, I appreciate the simplicity.
I’d love to hear: what are you grateful for this week?

Great photos, Andy! My favorite is the dandelion. 🙂 So many times, we see them as nuisance weeds. Thank you for showing us its beauty in nature. 🙂 Christy, I agree with you on all counts. Spring, great local restaurants, and especially, new blogger friends who inspire and support. <3 Happy Saturday!
PS–You will love Quebec City…very European, especially within the citadel.

I read your compliments out loud to Andy, he appreciated it 🙂 Happy Saturday to you, too, Kelly!
You have lovely photos! So many things to be thankful for every day and every week. For me, I’m just thankful I survived a week of work and we’re still alive and kickin 🙂 Hope you have a great weekend!
Thank you, Rea! Sometimes getting to the weekend does feel like a triumph. Hope you’re having a good day!
Today is a sunny day after a terribly rainy one.
I was so gloomy yesterday but you’re right about today – totally greener and with more flowers. I’m headed down to NJ from MA so I appreciate a sunny drive.
Have a great weekend!
Seriously, that rain yesterday just wouldn’t let up. I’m glad it’s sunny today and that you’re feeling more upbeat! Enjoy New Jersey and Happy Birthday to your mom!
Gratitude posts always make me feel so blessed/happy/thankful inside! Your photos are stunning! And I’m reading those links right now! Love that you included one from Buzzfeed. I’m borderline obsessed with Buzzfeed 🙂
Glad I can pass on those happy/grateful feelings! Isn’t Buzzfeed endlessly fascinating? I swear I could spend hours on there reading list after list.
I love your gratitude post. The weather is finally warm here, which I love. I also like spring a lot.
Thanks, Astrid! I’m so excited that tomorrow it’s going to be in the 70s!
